The procedure for reviewing electronic appeals, cases where applications are left without consideration on the merits.

Electronic appeals must meet the following requirements:

1. fields of the form "Electronic appeals of citizens", which are marked with *, must be obligatorily completed;
2. to electronic appeals submitted by the applicants' representatives, electronic copies of documents confirming their authority must be attached.

Appeals are not considered in cases listed in the order of consideration of appeals.

The applicant has the right to withdraw his electronic appeals by submitting a written application or sending an application in electronic form in the same way as an electronic appeal was sent.

The answer to the electronic appeal is sent to the e-mail address of the applicants, indicated in the electronic appeals.

Written responses to electronic appeals are given in cases when:

• the applicant in his electronic appeal asks to send a written response, or simultaneously send a written response and a response to his e-mail address;
• an e-mail address is indicated in the electronic request, but the reply can't be delivered for technical reasons.

Responses to electronic appeals of similar content from different applicants, which are of a mass character (more than ten appeals), can be posted on our website without sending responses to the applicants.

In case of dissatisfaction with the results of consideration of the electronic appeal for further clarification you can contact the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus.
